Convenient and always with me
I keep these on my nightstand, just in case I feel lightheaded. I also keep a couple of the packets in my pocketbook... convenient and a small thing for me to have peace of mind knowing that I have them in an emergency.

Ammonia pouch vs ampule
With vasovagel syncope, I do keep ammonia ampules at easy reach in different rooms at home, and in purse for the off chance I may need it, though not an often occurrence. The ampules are super easy to snap open. I haven’t had an episode to need the pouches yet. I did open one pouch to check and seems equally effective. Don’t know if it will be as easy to open pouch at crucial time with hand/fingers arthritis.**Pouches seem as strong as ampule, and it was a good value purchase, arrived fast as promised. Thank you**I would recommend pouches since ampules are difficult to buy lately.

Received
I received the 10 pack as ordered however, they did not come in a box. They came shipped in a small brown bubble wrap on the inside style envelope, which was nicely placed inside my mailbox instead of out on the porch in the rain! That was much appreciated! It would’ve been nice to receive them in the box as advertised and to have an expiration date on them. However, they all look intact and ready for travel medical purposes! Thank you!

They work!
I have a very hard time waking up sometimes and bf has tried everything..I bought these and I had a final the next morning, so I told him if I didn’t wake up to use one and see if it works. Definitely helped!!

They work as described, but…
The product works as described, but there is no expiration date on any of the packaging. Those that claim “they last forever”, or “just write a date on the package, and replace when needed” are incorrect. The pads inside the package WILL dry out, and become ineffective over time, regardless of how well the packet is sealed. Writing your own expiration date is not suitable, because you have no idea how old the product was, before you received it. The only way to know if the product is still useable, is to open one and try it. This is wasteful and would be uneconomical. There really needs to be a date printed on each packet, as they do with virtually all other medical supplies.

Speeds up pass out recovery!
My wife has severe anxiety and decided to get her ear pierced (professionally). She knew she was going to pass out and handed me the ammonia she keeps on her for emergencies. She recovered quickly thanks to it.
