I have been taking Pro Rut for about a month now. When it first arrived, I performed the "milk test", which for the uninitiated, is a test to evaluate the viability of a probiotic. You place capsules in a glass of milk for 24-48 hours, and if it currdles or turns to a yogurt type consistency, then you can bet that it's effective. Pro Buck passed the milk test, even surpassing my initial expectations for how much it would transform the milk. As far as my experience with taking Pro Buck, I am beyond impressed. I often experience stomach indigestion and overall irritation around meals, which in turn effects my digestion system, energy level, and overall mood. I have tried many drugstore brand probiotics in the past to combat these issues, but I've had limited success. I decided I'd take a chance on a more boutique brand that promotes a healthy lifestyle; rather than another large company that is only concerned with cranking out expensive products that use cheap ingredients and are ineffective. Pro Buck is killing it so far for me. I feel great, have a ton of energy, and have not experienced any stomach issues since I began taking it. I feel healthy, and most importantly, I'm regular ; ). Starting on my second month of using Pro Rut. I have tried probiotics in the past none have totally made a difference, my doctor keeps encouraging me to try different brands and specifically said to find a brand that has more to offer. Great price for a good supply of CFU's. Easy to take and not too big of a pill. Results are great and seen daily quickly with less gas and more healthy and regular bowel movements.
