I bought two of these having read reviews, and they are brilliant!! I have 2 cockapoos; anyone who has one will know that at this time of year, they are like mops and absorb all the dirt and wet, meaning they need showering off after almost every walk.After a shower, I do my best to dry them off with old towels, but the towels get really wet, really quickly, so I have to use 2 or 3, providing I can keep the dogs still enough to do it. Now, I dry their legs as best I can, and the dog drying coat goes straight on and I can relax; no chasing after them and no huge heap of towels to wash. Yes, the dogs still rub themselves across the furniture with them on, but it doesn't affect the furniture now, and if anything it dries them off quicker! Within about 30 mins, they have done the job and I just hang the coats on the radiator using a leg strap. They dry in no time, so don't need washing very often either. They are so soft and they feel really high quality. These coats are game changers for me. They will also be really useful in the summer when the dogs have been at the beach. I would highly recommend these to anyone with dogs, and they are a great price too!!!

We bought this coat in an xl size for our male Springador and it is a fabulous fit, snug but comfortable with no way of being able to trip him up if he jumps out of the car. As the drying coat is double layered it dries him well without feeling sopping wet on the outside. When it is washed it takes a little longer to dry than a single layered coat but I don’t wash it after each wear. I wouldn’t put it in the dryer as it may shrink and it is such a good fit, I wouldn’t like it to be any smaller. Love it and am aiming to replace our other two dogs drying coats for these. I’m very happy with my purchase, robe seems to be really good quality and delivery was quick. I can’t comment on the durability as I’ve only just bought it. I already had a drying robe but it was a much cheaper type; my boisterous young Labrador could wriggle out of it in about 5 seconds - he can’t do the same with this one, it fastens really well. Do take heed of the sizing as I ordered the X-LARGE first but the XXL is a better fit. No problems with getting a refund and replacement though and it was my fault for not looking at the sizing properly - my lab is a bit of a beast!Pity the fabric is sourced overseas but at least the supplier is a UK small business, I do try my best to support British businesses.

Great quality and fab colours. Bought three robes in total. Two XL for my average size springer spaniel dogs and one med for my smaller springer spaniel bitch. Delighted that all fit really well. Dogs love them and certainly much less work, hassle and mess for me than trying to dry them all with a towel each.They look cosy cute and happy in their super duper robs. Thank you Luck Paws 🐶🐶🐶

I got this in medium for a chonky cocker spaniel and it fits perfectly. He also looks oh so cute in it.My dog always gets the the zoomies after a bath so now I can put this on him and he can go mad and run around to his hearts content. I can yet comment on how absorbent this is as we haven’t yet had bath time but I’ve used this company’s towels bed and they’ve done the job

Absolutely thrilled at the fit, quality and ease of putting on of this drying coat. Am yet to try it out and wash it so will update when I have but so far I'm really pleased with it and even though it's a bit more expensive than a lot on the market it appears value for money - I have a 10 month old German Shorthaired Pointer and the XL fits perfectly with a little bit of extra growing room. I think for a large lab, retriever, GSP you might need the XXL.

Background: Age 8 months; Chest 55 cm; Back: 50 cm (base to base); neck 32 cm (but very fluffy); weight: 11 kg.It arrived very soft and fluffy, living up to the other reviews upon first inspection. The velcro is indeed high quality and does not stick to other fabrics. Stitching is well done and does not make me worry about wear and tear over time.Sizing issue: According to her weight, my pup is an M, according to the back length (taking into consideration she'll surely grow another 1cm), she'd be an XL.So I was in between and decided to follow the advice "if in doubt, size up". However, that now means that the towel hangs so loose around her body, that the flap needs to be tightened far over her back,leaving just a tiny hole for her front legs, as the towel ends between her joints and her knees. As I can't bear watching her struggle to walk, we keep the towel loosely on her and every time she shakes, itslides back too far. So don't size up, take the golden middle. Next time I'll go for an L, I thought. But that won't happen.Drying time: Another reason I chose this towel over others was the advertised drying time. "Air dries 4x faster than cotton." I cannot say that I have seen this.My other towel is dry within 24 hours, this one needs at least 1.5 days in a room averaging 16-18 degrees Celsius.Do those 2 issues justify the 2 stars? No, they don't. But a star is lost every time I wash the towel. Here is why:Pictures:1: After first pre-use wash, quick cycle 30 degrees Celsius.2: After first post use wash, long cycle 40 degrees Celsius, washed with her other dark blue towel in washbag.3: After second post use wash, long cycle 40 degrees Celsius, washed with multiple other items.4: After third post use wash, long cycle 30 degrees Celsius, washed with multiple items, including towels, gloves.I did not think that buying burgundy would lead to so many ruined items in my wardrobe. I washed it at the recommended temperature and always with a colour catcher and yet it keeps bleeding.It has now ruined washing bags (for my large sweaters and bras), it has ruined other towels and even her other grey noodle towel and my grey gloves now have a red undertone.I don't know if this is a bad egg, but as I could not find other reviews mentioning this, I decided to write one myself.Overall, I wish I had not bought this and therefore will also not buy another one in L.
