Works just like it should
No leaking. Easy to use. Not messy unless you fill it too full. Works great with my epson wf printer. Great value for the money. Colors are labeled so you can't mix them up. Works great.

You got to follow Instructions and Clean printhead until it works. Don't be lazy.
I was starting to get disappointment, and thinking "oh, it's a faulty item, It's not gonna work". But, I cannot take a "not gonna work" as an answer. I had to do like 15-20 printhead cleanings, nozzle checks, and when I was on my last one and to stop messing with it, it finally printed all my colors. Don't say it doesn't work, just cause you tried only one printhead cleaning. Don't say it doesn't work just cause it did not read your chip on first try. By the way, my chips were not an issue at all, so that did work for me. You got to follow instructions. At first, I did not remove the air plug. Check the ad for additional instructions and clearer pictures. Don't disregard them, just cause you have done this on other printers, etc... Be patient. You are getting to save money on ink, in the long run, so BE PATIENT!!. It did work for me. Don't get discouraged. Take a break, and then go back to it.

Works, but you need to take care filling and installing
I filled all the ink cartridges in advance as described below, but only worked on installing one ink cartridge at a time. It wastes more cleaning cycles but I'd know what cartridge caused the problem if one was happening. The instructions are somewhat okay, but not easy to understand. What worked for me is to:1. Pull out the clear plug closest to the top center surface of each cartridge, it's the thicker of the two plugs. This is the refill hole plug. They are not easy to grab, I had to carefully use blunt dull tweezers.2. ALSO pull out the colored plug that matches the cartridge color to be filled. This is the air breather hole. You now have two holes open in the top of the cartridge.3. Use the hole closer to the top center area to fill up the cartridge with ink to roughly 75% capacity (10mL for the small ones and 40mL for the big one) doing so slowly to prevent making unnecessary air bubbles. If your filling needle is long, do not allow it to touch the walls of the cartridge or you might puncture the ink bag inside.4. Carefully reinstall the clear refill plug near the cartridge center.5. Optional: Temporarily reinstall the colored air breather plug, only if you are afraid of tilting, dropping or spilling your ink. If you immediately carrying it over and installing into the printer, this step can be skipped.6. Remove the old genuine ink cartridge using the printer's usual menus or prompts.7. CRITICAL FOR MY WF-7610 PRINTER: When installing the refillable cartridge, gently insert into the correct slot, press down gently near the refill hole, then again VERY GENTLY press down at the corner of the cartridge where the little plastic lock-tab is located. When I pressed it firmly, the printer would immediately crash with an 0x9A error and urgently beg me to shut it off. You should only press down barely enough for that plastic lock tab to snap into place, and that's it.8. CRITICAL: Remove the colored air breather plug if you haven't already! Keep it in case you need to store or transport the cartridge/printer later.9. Close everything up and acknowledge the printer's dialogs complaining that you are using non-Epson ink. Do a couple cleaning cycles and you're all set!
