Jurassic World: The Ultimate Visual History

Beautiful book, heavy hardback with high quality paper and clear photos. Covers behind the scenes in all three films in the JW series, interviews with directors, actors, producers etc. Also includes a little about the creative thought processes that led to key moments in the films. Looking at the early ideas/drawings for the Indominus was a highlight for me, and it just made me think, what an incredible experience, and such a cool thing to have on your CV-"So, tell me about your last job?""Well, I created the Indominous Rex"-Ha! Amazing! -Anyway, back to the book- Sadly there is one flaw. For those of who already have the Jurassic Park version of this book, you'll likely have been very frustrated with the glue dots holding the inserts in. I had hoped the publishers would have taken note of the feedback they got about that- hm. The glue dots are still used. They still prevent you from lifting the insert to read what's underneath it. They still leave a glue mark on the page. However, they seem to have tried another angle as well- using sticky strips. Some inserts are attached with this strip, which yes, is better than a glue dot, but it will also prevent those people who like to take their inserts out from doing so. So... a bit disappointing. But, due to how good the rest of the book is, I just didn't have the heart to knock a star off! Still a very worthwhile purchase, and the perfect companion to the earlier Jurassic Park version.
