Persiana Everyday: THE SUNDAY TIMES BESTSELLER

An authors second recipe book can often be a disappointment to those who love the original. This on is not - a worthy continuation of the high standards set by Persiana.

The recipes are flavourful and don't require and endless variety of spices - you will have to pick up a few basics but this recipe book is a winner.

This is a beautiful book. The gorgeous green cover exudes promise. Inside, there are lots of lovely photographs, and easy to follow recipes. On the whole, recipes do not require extensive ingredients and the recipes themselves are short and well-explained. Not tried any yet but there are LOADS that I have put on my “OMG I’ve got to try that” list.
