One Hipster Wallet Insert

I like the style of wallets that take this format but of course the inserts harden, crack, and rip sooner or later. I don't see any point in tossing a nice leather wallet for the sake of a bad insert so I ordered one in the past. They were great but time goes on and I needed another new one. There was a slight issue with one upon arrival (manufacturing defect) but the seller sent out another without issues.The only problem I have is that they are made with two possible openings for the cards -- access from the top or access out the side. I was used to the side slide out for the cards but the new one is top opening so it has been a bit of a hassle to get used to when grabbing for a card as usual.Just make sure to ask the vendor which style it is if you care to have it one way or another since the product info does not go into that sort of detail.

This is a good wallet insert. I bought this again after the previous one fell apart after a couple years, as you would expect. The only complaint is the price is a bit high for just one insert. It would be nice to have received two of these for the price. Otherwise, I would purchase this again as needed.

Instead of trying to find a new insert for my wallet - plastic inserts do wear out - instead of going to a few dept. stores....I mean, where do you find these? I just go to Amazon and they've come through every time. Fair price. Good quality. They work!

I just had to buy a second one of these. I bought my last one near the end of June 2023 and now it’s the first few days of February 2024, so my first one lasted me about 7 months. I fortunately noticed that the plastic flap that holds the insert into the wallet had torn from both top and bottom until it was hanging on by about an inch. I taped it up with clear packing tape and hurriedly ordered another, remembering that these had been hard to find. I don’t put this through hard use. It holds a couple business cards with my emergency contacts and a couple membership cards that I never use. I’m not pulling things out and putting them away all the time, so I don’t understand why it ripped so fast. Sure, I wouldn’t have lost anything of great value, but it was ripped so badly that it could have slipped out of my wallet at any time, so if I was keeping credit cards in it, they would have been lost. When I got my new one, I preemptively taped both sides of the flap from top to bottom in the hopes that I can keep this one from disintegrating before I can find a higher quality replacement.

I pruchased the wallet insert because the one in my Buxton wallet was falling apart while the wallet itself is in good condition. This insert fit with no issues. I also noticed that the credit card sleeves are just a little larger, which makes it easier to take the cards out and put them back. I would buy this product again if I ever need it.

The One Hipster Wallet Insert works great, fits all my cards well.I had read reviews of various wallet inserts, that the plastic tab which holds them in the wallets sometimes break off, so I reinforced it with strapping tape. That way it'll Never break off.
