Great saw for the price.
The media could not be loaded. Much better than what I've seen for the cheaper non pro version of this saw. Took an inspection camera to the spark plug hole before i ever ran it. Spark plug was in way too tight and had to use and impact to remove it. It started to bend the wrench that came with it and was so tight i was worried the threads would be damaged. Dodged a bullet though they look fine. No major casting flaws in the head, the ports are nicely chamfered, exhaust port lines up with the muffler really well. There was some weird pitting on top of the piston that I didn't like but for the price I'll run it until it needs rebuilt. Could easily rebuild with quality aftermarket parts fairly cheap. Oiler wasn't working initially, I took it apart inspected it and it worked after I put it back together. Oiler arm may not have been installed correctly, hard to tell though. Works fine now. Thing runs great and was tuned pretty well out of the box, at least for me at 500ft above sea level in the still cold interior of Alaska. This should make an excellent milling saw for a cabin project. I will update the review as I get more use out of it.

Powerful Saw
I have run 8 tanks of gas-mix through it so far and no issues. I paired the saw with a 25 inch bar from the same manufacturer. Saw is heavy but has lots of power. Comes with a tool kit. Note: you will need to use lock-tite on the nuts that hold the dogs to the saw or they will come loose.

Strong Chainsaw!
Overall the product was great. Started on the fourth pull and runs very well. Attached is a 36" Oregon bar and rip chain. Performed excellent slabbing of a walnut log. The only problem I had is the sparkplug wire came loose in the first couple of minutes of use. Would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to replace the chain adjuster gears already. The gears were made out of a soft metal which sheared pretty quickly after only a few adjustments.Just as an update, found out that the top cowling was missing a screw where the sparkplug wire exits the case. The edge of the cowling was so sharp that it cut through the sparkplug wire. Once the sparkplug wire was replaced it is back running great.10/20 - last evening the saw developed a really bad chain oil leak. Upon inspection, I found the case gasket completely out of place in the oil tank (see image). This would require a complete rebuild to replace the base gasket. I have contacted the seller for a replacement since I have had it for less than 30 days and only have about three hours on it.

major fuel leak
Thought saw was good at first, fired right up, ran fine. Ran one tank of gas n filled it back up n had in back of my vehicle overnight. Next day, gas all over my vehicle. Super pissed. Clearly a crack in bottom of tank as it leaked all the saw gas out. Never had this issue with any new saw in my life.

Good value for the money.
I'm very impressed so far with the flavorite stihl.

Works well for milling
Took a while to get started, but once running and tuned, was a monster. Using on an Alaskan mill with a 28” bar and ripping chain. Very impressed. Quality is better than expected after tightening up. Check the oil pump, as needed some tlc to smooth out delivery. Overall, impressed so ordered a second in the parts kit package. Fun if one has some mechanical aptitude and enjoys working through this and that.

Powerful
I have seen other reviews saying it is hard to put together. I had zero issues, was very easy. It delivered fast and started right up. One thing they could improve on is a longer pull cord. I have three tanks of gas through it so far and and the chain tensioner could use some improving as it's a little hard to keep the chain tight. Overall for the price I would recommend this saw very highly.

Workhorse, but has its quirks.
Came with a good tune from the factory and I probably have 200 hours on this machine. Not without some problems though. In the time I’ve owned it, I have had to replace the muffler and recently I developed a really bad oil leak I need to address. It has had a slight oil leak since I got it, but it has steadily become worse and is now to the point where I can’t even use it, so I’ll have to do some research to see what the most common problem could be. The good news is there’s a ton of folks who tinker with these and share their fixes online. It cuts quickly and has paid for itself a few times already, and has lasted longer than my Husky 562. IMO, it’s worth the money, just don’t expect it to be a Stihl.
