These shoe inserts have a sticky bottom that will adhere inside your shoe. I like them because they are thin and really don't have they typical suede texture, they are fairly smooth. I like the design...so much better than the typical plain white or blue liners that are usually too thick. They won't change the fit of the shoe significantly. What they do is keep plastic liners found in all but the most expensive shoes from making your feet sweat. I didn't notice until I opened the package that there are 3 pairs. Bonus!

These are perfect for wearing flats without socks. In Texas it is unnecessary to wear socks for most of the year, but shoes that aren't already designed with absorbing insoles, you really need a barrier between bare foot and the sticky man made footbed.These are fabulous because they are so thin they do not change the sizing of the shoes, yet are durable.
