This stuff is amazing. My girlfriend has really bad allergies. I put this in the diffuser before bedtime and it has definitely helped with her breathing and snoring at night.

Just opened my new one and had to give this one a one star because the smell of this latest bottle is awful. I love the breathe but not this time. Go back to the original scent

This blend provided almost immediate relief from coughing and congestion. When used at night, it helps me sleep better than NyQuil.

We love this. It isn’t overpowering and helps those of us on the house with allergies as well as the ones with asthma.

I love this stuff. I use it religiously every night before bed on my chest and back and really helps you relax and breathe well. It’s helped me fall asleep and stay asleep which is huge for me because I’ve always had a hard time winding down. Definitely recommend!

The smell is AWFUL!!!! Literally made me gag! I'll stick with the Lemon Oils they offer.

Cardamom is too powerful in this blend. I had an older bottle of a different “breathe” blend (label was blue) that was my absolute favorite but this reddish pink label just smells like overpowering cardamom in my diffuser. May be a preference thing though...
