This line is extremely cheap. It's as thin is a polyester T-shirt and begs to be ripped the first time to put something pointy in the cart. there is plenty of Velcro on it to keep it in place in the cart, However, I don't even know what the Velcro is for that is on the flap... It doesn't even connect to anything. So the wind will just blow the very light cover open as you walk. it seems to me that if there is going to be some working Velcro on any part of this, it would be the flap.To describe the actual texture and material the best that I can, think about those huge blue tarps that go over cars. Yah, that kind of material... BUT imagine it being as thin as a cheap T-Shirt. Not a lot of thought went into making this based on what it would be used for. It's almost as if it should be advertised as "Disposable after only a few uses". I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because at least it cost about as much as a box of decent trash bags.

I bought this shopping cart awhile ago and since then have used it to walk to supermarket over a mile away and thru recent snow blizzard condidions we have had here in northeast and this liner is the real deal,it is in it to win it from every angle,velcro tabs hold tight,liner protects my groceries thru high winds and cold temps. Don't believe me? Hell just try to push a cart with this liner thru the conditions we have here and you will see! I reccomend this to all friends and anyone looking for a strurdy shopping cart liner.

I ordered this to fit my new jumbo utility/shopping cart. The material is very "cheap" for a lack of better words. The size doesn't particularly fit the cart although it's meant for my cart size. The straps it comes with, when putting them into use, it elevates the bag that it hangs, doesn't sit in the cart. I had to play with the straps a bit. I feel that with a few uses, it will begin to rip. I was expecting a better quality and thought the price was pretty reasonable. My opinion is due to the poor quality of the bag, the price is high!

I LOVE my basket/cart! I shop weekly and take the bus and this is perfect! It's durable (a 40 lbs. Box of cat litter, a gallon of milk and 4 - 2 liters of soda/pop plus all the groceries and a large pack of toilet paper) and I love the swivel wheels in he front for better maneuverability and the. basket on the back where I put my eggs and bread and produce I don't want smashed! I have had 2 other baskets befo r this be and I have say of the 3 - this is champagne where as the others were cheap beer! Its well worth the money.

This is a nice liner for the shopping cart I got. It's a bright and vibrant blue making it quite eye catching. It's supposedly waterproof although I have only gone once in the rain and it was a drizzle. Still, none of my groceries got wet so technically it did work as advertised.My only complaint with this liner is that it has velcro closures that hold it to the framework of the cart and not ties that would be much more firm. I've had some problems with the velcro coming loose when placing items in the cart. I've especially had problems with the top flap coming done in the wind not only having the flap come undone, but the front panel do so as well.Still, this is a lot nicer to have for your shopping cart than just bare wires and is quite attractive in appearance. I generally would recommend this for purchase.

I got caught in the rain the day after I got this and it was not waterproof at all!! Then about a week ago the side tabs ripped out and the Velcro on the whole thing stay together so now the whole thing falls down when I put anything in it. This is shoddy to say the least. I won't buy it again nor will I recommend it to anyone. The cart is great the liner is shoddy. If I could give it a lower star rating I would!!! Save your money.

This liner is so thin that it tore the very first time used it. When I tried to undo a strap connected to the liner with velcro, a large section of the liner (the size of the palm of my hand) tore off. As soon as I find some iron-on patches I'll fix it, but I truly believe the seller should offer liners made of a heavier material. One more thing, and this is good, the liner fits my cart perfectly.

Not sure what has happened but this a repeat order. Last liner fit fine this one is at least 2 inches smaller. It will work but why would mfg make it smaller. Doesn't make sense.
