Turmeric seems to help my joint pain
I am a huge believer in taking turmeric daily for my inflammation and joint discomfort. I can tell when I’m taking it and when I’m not. Normally I purchased it in pre-done capsules and take it with my daily supplements. Decided to go ahead and try this powdered version as the cost is a little cheaper possibly. You can either stick it in your own capsules, which is kind of a pain, or add it to food smoothie or just take it plain. Turmeric is said to have many different health benefits. The one I noticed the most is with my joint inflammation. I personally like taking natural supplements like this for my health. The one thing this product doesn’t have that I would add is a form of black pepper. Black pepper is said to help absorb the turmeric into your body. Lots of your premade capsules have done this for you. Give it a try. Recommended.

I use wild Tumeric to treat my melasma! Tumeric is the natural way to fight again hyperpigmentation, reduce dark circles and protect your skin against environmental irritants.I mainly use Tumeric Powder to make my face mask and my body scrub. MB Herbal has a face mask recipe with only three ingredients. The formula I use has 16 ingredients and takes a lot of time. The three-ingredient mask seems to be giving my skin the same brightness as my more involved recipe.I am impressed with the quality of the powder and I plan to continue it as a part of my skincare regimen.

It is a great antiseptic added to the soap. Fabulous for your skin.Soothing.Fresh. Excellent quality turmeric. Remember, you cannot use this particular brand for cooking. It is for external use only.This is a great source for fresh, quality nonfood grade turmeric powder.
