I’ve always been a fanboy for remo. i may use evans for my bottom head, but the top heads never disappoint. great for younger drumlines that need a less tight head and also great for you’re upper levels. definite buy, just don’t pop it while tuning it.

Looks Great - Sounds Greater!
This head looks extremely great on my Yamaha snare and it produces a signature warm, almost dark sound that is exactly what I'm looking for in my drum's sound. Definitely worth the price

Lose feel but can hit it as hard as you want
I am a beginner drummer and wanted a snare head I didn't have to worry about breaking on me, and for that it's great. My old snare head was an old remo weatherking coated ambassador. With the Kevlar you lose feel and it's not as warm sounding but I'm cheap and don't want to have to worry about hitting it too hard. Good snare head.
