Ich habe zuvor die Biografie von Alex Haley gelesen und kaufte im Anschluss dieses Buch als Ergänzung. Die Reden oder Statement von Malcolm X geben Einsicht in seine Denkweise.

Malcolm X (May he rest in Peace) was a person blessed with knowledge, wisdom and strenght. His speeches are powerful, yet touching and very inspiring. Reading them, you get to know him better for the honest person he was, fighting for a human cause. The book itself is very well made. Whoever is interested in history, politics and human rights, to him/her I absolutely recommend it! You can also watch his speeches on you tube -highly impressive!
