Greenlee DTAPKIT 6-32 to 1/4-20 6-Piece Combination Drill and Tap Set

These work really well but you have to be VERY careful with them. You have to be sure that the drill speed is JUST right, and you hold the drill perfectly perpendicular to the drill surface. Our tech has broken a couple of these already (had for 2 weeks) in fairly light-duty use. However, when they work (and don't break!), they're fantastic.

I had used a few other drill and tap bits that have broke within the first day of use. These are quick, stay sharp and save a ton of time from needing to drill a hole, then tap, then clean the hole up after it's all done

Great tool to make the user very time efficient on a job requiring high volumes of tapped/drilled holes. Works well in aluminum but needs occasional cleaning of the cutting teeth to prevent damaged threads. I would love to have a metric set as well.

As an electrician this is my most valued tool. Can't even fathom how many times manufacturers badly thread holes in our electrical boxes and screwed just get stuck in them. I have had one 6-32 break but that's to be expected. This is the best tapper on the market.
