I have been looking for a sturdy knife to cut cakes in my USA Baking Pans (silicone coated). This knife is great for purpose. Sturdy, fairly “sharp”, durable, and doesn’t hurt the pans.

This is a sharp plastic knife that will allow you to cut cakes and brownies from coated non-stick pans without harming the pan. Dip the plastic knife in a glass of warm water as you cut and wipe off any residue after each cut. It works great!

I used this plastic knife when cutting baked good that are cooked in a metal pan. This knife will not leave marks on your bakeware.Very good quality and well made.

Cutting baked goods inside the Teflon pan without scratching the Teflon is possible by using this knife.

Nice tool for the kitchen. Edge is sharp or as sharp as needed. Biggest complaint is the sides of the tool are a bit too textured and I find brownies, cake or other baked goods end up sticking to the knife and is best to rinse it between each slice made or material builds up on the sides and makes it worse in cutting each time.

I was using a small nylon spatula to cut up my baked goods and I finally clued in that they made plastic knives. This one is just the right size and seems very sturdy, should last for years. I’m really glad I found it, worth the money.

I purchased this knife after I got a new metal pie pan with directions stating that metal utensils would scratch the finish so I ordered this knife. It's very sharp and it left zero marks on my new pie pan.

This knife has been great for cutting food directly in pans without ruining the pan. Would definitely recommend this knife. The cutting edge is getting a little misshapen so I can't speak for it's longevity. It still works fine. We'll see.
