Excellent airconditioner from LG... One of the type
More than 5 ISEER rating, 750 watts consumption on full load, cooling is good (need to use full load initially thsn switch to 40% or 60% load), very heavy and larger outer unit,Indoor unit quality can be improved not impressed with it, installation was hazzle free and minimal.Will update in future after first 2 services.

(Issue Resolved by LG Service team) Stopped cooling in just 1.5 months ... indoor unit coil leaked
I purchased this model in March month and now it stopped cooling, technician came two times and identified that indoor unit cooling coil is leaked. I am not at all happy with quality of this AC !!Even after investing good amount of money it failed to provide the value for money. That is why I am giving 1 rating, I had very bad experience with this latest model from LG.Changing it to 4 Star as my issue has been resovled by service team immediately after I escalted this issue to higher team and service team have replaced the whole indoor coil part with new part. Work done by technicians are pretty good and I am hoping that this AC will work normal now ... I will update post this season on the performance of AC.

Worst product
Got cheated by Amazon & LG.Delivery took almost a month.Delhivery damaged the product in transit.AC keeps dripping water when on.Even if it's on lowest mode it automatically goes into highest mode.Energy bill is exorbitant.I need a complete refund.

Good product missing premiumness due to aggressive cost cutting by Lg...
Undoubtedly very efficient cooling with high ISEER ... Only thing is there are a few silly cost cutting which is definitely a thumps down...Like the inside plastic panel of the ac which was used to be much more sturdy now blackedout with inferior quality plastic ... Second is remote ... This is my 3rd Lg split ac... Remote of my 1st ac, purchased on 2015 ,used to come with night glow buttons & remote case ... On the 2nd ac remote case was still there , night glow buttons were missing , purchased on 2018 ... Now in this one they stop giving the remote case also for 50K+ product... Don't know why Lg is shedding premiumness from his products which may only cost a few hundred...
