Things She Wishes You Understood

This book is amazing along with it's author. It simple but makes me stop in my tracks forces me to think. I have to ask her about certain passages in the book so she can describe them to me, which is great, not only shows her that I want and am learning but it is teaching me to listen and communicate with her.

I read this book in an hour, maybe less I think. I love almost all affirmations throughout this book. I used to think maybe I was a bit too hard when dating a guy or in my past relationships. I now know that I was validated in some of my concerns that I had. Every woman should read. I will continue to go back and reread when I need guidance. Love it!!

I don’t normally review but this collection of sayings was not very good. Purportedly a set of things women wish men knew. But in actuality a great deal of these aspirations are things that will lead most women to find a man less attractive. There is one saying that admonishes men not to date to just get sex. Ok, I guess dating has risen to the level of diplomatic exchange of each counter-party’s cultural idealisms? Get real. As a man there should be one reason to date a woman - physical intimacy. In fact pressing for physical intimacy is the ONE way a man verifies he’s a potential lover vs a friend. Just a bad bad book overall.

He’s right on track when it comes to understanding a woman. Nice job!!!! I would definitely recommend this!! My boyfriend and I read it together!

This book made me feel like I was getting advice from my closest friend. He really poured himself into this book with his experiences. This book will speak to your heart. Thank You for reminding me to straighten My Crown!
