Item description doesn't match and product does not work properly...
We received the order as promised but the on-line description contradicts the paperwork provided with product.On-line it states that the lock is weatherproof but the documentation states it is only water resistant. After several attempts by several different people we could not get the administrative fingerprint to set. It was frustrating to receive a product that didn't work as promised but my money was refunded promptly and understood.

Battery life is BAD!!
Battery Dies really fast.

Great idea but poor execution.
Very inconsistent when trying to open the lock. It just had a hard time reading my fingerprint. It took me so long to open the lock that I had to go back to a traditional lock.
