Not exactly, but almost
Quality control appears to be lacking. I bought two packs of two on the same order. First package has 7 sets of holes (didn't think about it or know better) and installed them. Second set of two had 8 sets of holes. Time will tell if it makes any difference. I already installed what I would assume would be the issue ones and will set how they do. I do agree that their measurements are inaccurate and not quite 18 inches. For my project it isn't a deal breaker, but for those whom it will matter.... Be aware.Quality and stretch is yet to be tested/seen.

nice hinge, small than expected, not entirely as described
These hinges are nice but I’m not sure if these will work because it’s not heavy duty as described. They are also 3/4 shorter in length than described. All other measurements in the attached photos.I did a dry fit to my project and unfortunately they come just short of what I need.All the holes are also “not” countersunk. Clearly a manufacturing issue.I’ll have to see if I can make these work otherwise I will return.
