I've bot found one with ALL these things for this price.(ONLY) dislike:The arms up section is more of a pocket for the babys arms. So unless baby is very small they have to keep their arms up. They can't move them down or over their chest like in the love to dream arms up swaddle. I've seen a few others mention this. Hopefully they will take the notes and make adjustments. If they could move their arms in and out of the arms up position more freely this would really be the best swaddle.Regardless I would 1000% recommend this.
