Very thin and delicate.....no instructions and packed with no protection
It would have been nice to have had these packed in packaging that protected these from being bent or damaged. Mine came with a little damage to the larger one -which is the one I was most interested in for a jacket i am customizing.Please send with some cardboard on either side to protect.Instructions on how to transfer them would have been appreciated. I have never used a transfer, only iron on patches so I had to guess how to transfer this on.Otherwise they are pretty :)

I LOVE THE IMAGES AND THE TECHNIQUE OF APPLYING THEM IS PERFECT, BUTTTTT THE SHIPPER CONTINUES TO SHIP THEM WITH NO PROTECTION WHATSOEVER! IT'S COMMON SENSE TO NOT BEND OR FOLD THEM JUST TO PUT THEM IN THE ENVELOPES, SO WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO SHIP THEM OUT THAT WAY???? I'VE RETURNED SOME FOR THIS VERY REASON AND I SEE TONS OF COMPLAINTS ON HERE ABOUT THAT VERY THING! DO YOU CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY THAT YOU PUT OUT OR IS IT ALL ABOUT THE MONEY YOU'RE MAKING????
