Works in very light breeze
When used with the suction cup attachment it is very easy to remove and store when not at the dock

Not for heavy winds
The gull sweep broke the second day after being installed. My guess it is only designed for light breezes not heavy winds. The little plastic clip on the base broke off. But with modification it was remounted
