The inside filler mattress is about 45 lbs, and does NOT fluff up like in the commercials. I called their customer service to be told that the inside filler needs to be broken up manually (and a queen sized filler has a lot of stuff to be broken up). Then you also have to break up the pillow, and lastly leave all of this out for 2 or 3 days for it to inflate. Ours never did inflate well, and when we tried to use it, the cover was huge and the filler did not work well. No support - just useless. After almost every use, (and you'll get heartily sick of this as we did), you have to take the filler out and leave it to fluff if you hope not to sink to the floor. Completely useless. Mercifully, Amazon to the rescue for a full refund! Do not buy unless you're looking to get frustrated every day.

I am very upset with this product, first of all I chose Green Color and I receiced Blue Navi, its asolutely flat and the cover is huge compares with the inside.what you see on tv have anything to do with the reality.I am upset, sad and frustrated because how do I pack this thing to return, I want my money back.

I have two of these products and one I have is great nice and full and fluffy even when you sit in it. But the one I bought off Amazon is terrible!!!!! It shrinks down to the floor when you sit on it and offered no support do yourself a favor and don’t buy it.

This does not stay in a chair shape at all, anytime someone sits on it the shape flattens out. The cover for the matress/chair does not force it to hold a shape. The matress is fine, and would be okay for a night or two but not very comfortable-vety lumpy based on the design of the filling materials.

I have had a love sac for years and was going to get another, but found the prices have almost tripled since I last shopped with them. I tried first Ultimate Sac here on Amazon as the lower price seemed worth a try. BIG mistake on so many levels and I threw it away. I saw this CordaRoy bag and was nervous by some of the bad reviews, but being a glutton for punishment, I decided to try. Thankfully, I LOVE it! The foam is not as soft and “melt-into” as my Love sac, but it’s still very soft. It also fluffs up easily, which I can’t say for my Love Sac. The quality seems great thus far, and our family loves that we can pull out the foam and throw it on the floor or couch and wrestle on it. I can’t imagine sleeping on it as a bed though… it is hard to make consistently spread out inside the bag, making for mounds and dips that would probably make for a sore body by the morning. But that’s not why we bought it, so still, 5 stars from me.
