Not for use in toilets
This product isn't suitable for unclogging toilets. The cable is entirely limp, so there's no way to push it into the drain except by gripping right where it goes in -- basically, by sticking your hand in the toilet -- and that only works up to a point. When it stopped going in, I couldn't tell if I had found the clog or if it was just stuck; in any case, the toilet is still clogged and I had to buy a second snake. Maybe it will work someday for some other kind of drain?

This is USELESS. Will not unclog toilet..ALL written material is in Vietnamese. ???? no English.WORTHLESS. How can you send it back to Vietnam? Postage would be unbelievable.Disappointed in Amazon that they did not say this in the product description
