The unit is exactly the same as the Anran, which is the box it arrived in. I was able to connect and test the unit in less than 20 minutes. The cameras put out very good video. The DVD that came with it had the software interface on it to load on Windows, and files to help with setup. The QR scanner saved a lot of time when setting up the unit and worked as they said it would. You do not have to buy an HDD, you can setup to record to your PC. I spent $49 to get a 1 TB HDD just to have the video saved directly to the unit. After installing the HDD, the unit automatically formatted the drive and it was ready to record. If you are computer illiterate, you may have a few issues. The Xmeye app to view remotely works awesome with about a 2 second delay, which is pretty fast considering it goes from you cell phone to the tower then to the network and your home router.Very satisfied. Price is ridiculously cheap compared to other units I have looked at. Compare for yourself

Two cameras are already down after two months of use. Quality assurance is printed all over the place on the box but I have a serious doubt about that. I would not recommend this product. I am about the contact the manufacturer for a possible fix. I will revise if anything else happens.

This surveillance cameras deserves 2 big thumbs up! It has excelent high viewing pixel, clear and sharp images, night vision, motion detection and you can remotely view the cameras live from your phone! Plus the installation is so easy!!

One of four cameras didn't work right out of the box, and since then two of the others have just stopped working. The receiver itself is ok though, so I'll just get different cameras to go with it. Disappointing.

Great system for the price. Easy to install to get it working with the default functions. Smart Phone works fine within the area, but needs a fast connection if working from the cloud. I give them 5 stars because I got a faulty camera and they did not hesitate to replace it.

Cameras work fine and easy to install. I Mainly bought this product because it said you can pair it with a smart phone. The app they tell you to download doesn't work at all. I spent half my day installing the cameras and setting it up to find out the app got a one star review. I am disappointed and I do not recommend purchasing these cameras

ハードディスクがオプションで選べるのか、否か、もう少し説明が欲しかった

ハードディスク内蔵だと思った！まぁ～価格からしたら当たり前ですが詳しく書いて欲しかったです！音声録音に必要なパーツの紹介やハードディスクなどもです！あとWi-Fi接続も出来ないのも残念です！スマホなどに画像を飛ばし確認出来るならWi-Fi接続くらい出来ると思うんですけど・・・画質は素晴らしいですね！説明書が解りにくいのが最大の欠点
