Good book for exam

I have two months for my exam and I bought this book . I have studied from davangiri notes during my MS. Ortho but people who have passed Dnb exams told me to study only last 10 years question to clear Dnb exam. So I bought this book in order to get questions and answers.. from past 10 years . But it’s been 20 days struggle for me and trust me I’m still confused weather I should read this book or not. Very vast and irrelevant questions are given. You might get confused all the timeNo diagrams in book to explain the theory written part.unlike any other book So I would not suggest anyone to buy this book And if any body has any wood solution toh please write it down so that next batches for Dnb exam get good reviews 😎
