Very subtle sweetness of rice puff cereal bar with nuts and and black sesame etc. This is the ONLY cereal bar (natural ingredient protein bar with cereal) I will eat, especially to supplement my hungry tummy. I like how it’s crunchy because the brain is stimulated to think that I am filled when I get to chew crunchy ingredients. Even though I eat a little bar of this, I feel much better.This is what I call a real healthy cereal bar. It’s not for unhealthy taste-buds already messed up with sugar-goo-y cliff bars, kind bars (better of the worsts, though), or pop tarts. You’ll only taste the subtle nutty sweetness if your tongue has been purified with healthy low sugar low salt natural flavored food. Even the sweetener is made of the healthy Korean rice syrup by a rice syrup master — I bought the rice syrup separately, and it’s really rich in flavor. I’ve bought several good rice syrups before and this one is of the high-end products.My friend, who thought cliff bars were healthy and nutritious, threw away every cliff bars in the trash after getting to know this.It tastes like those unsweet trail mix without the berries, but which is way more convenient to eat due to being formed as a bar. For me, the goo-y jelly texture of dried berries is many times even too sweet and unpleasant, so I love how most of the nutrition is available from this nutty bar. I love how I can simply eat it without getting my hands crumbly by holding it wrapped around with its own plastic cover. If you like dried berries, there is a variety of this same product with it, and those ones are a bit more fruity-sweet, but not too overpowering. If you want to know what real healthy cereal bar tastes like, and if you want to finally wake up your taste buds to get to know what “taste” is about, try this and save yourself from all other junk food. You can still be on a healthy diet by having tasty foods like this. (But again, you’ll only realize the tastiness when you are able to.)I am not related to this company or anything. This is just my true experience with these bars and I am buying more. I hope they continue selling this here on Amazon. If they stop selling these, I won’t buy any cereal bars until I see something like this again.

What’s more to need in a snack bar

I bought this, thinking it was going to be like a granola bar. Unfortunately it was very hard to eat. It’s difficult to bite and chew because the bars are so hard. Perhaps some people like it that way. I felt like they were going to break my teeth. I would not buy these again.

They fast tread, but one thing I was not expecting was the texture! I was expecting a soft chewy bar because of how it looks, but it’s really hard! And when I bite down on it it kinda sticks to my teeth lol. Overall a good buy just wish I had a heads up! 😂
