Bigbreathe S-IMT

I am very pleased with this product as it is smaller and more effective than competing products. I did not expect it to have a dieting effect, but I actually feel like my chest size has decreased since I started using it. I am also very satisfied with the portability, as I can carry it in a small pouch.

The instructions for how to use the Big Breath were nearly non-existent. After reading the very small booklet that came with the device I was unable to discern if I was to use it while exercising or as a stand alone device with a rep or time regimen. I almost returned it. I searched online for instructions on using IMT breathing devices. Too bad! I’m certain the device will work but the reputation of the company lost points for not providing adequate instructions for safely and effectively using this device.

It worked great the first 3 days, but it felt like the flap on the inside is stuck, even tho the resistance is only set to 2. Great concept, and if it continued to work, it would be 5 stars.

I am really satisfied because my back pain has improved. The feeling of the torso beingtightly squeezed is strong. I think if I keep doing it consistently, I will see effects. It’sokay to do it while staying still, but it’s very hard when doing housework. I recommend itto those who don’t know how to do diaphragmatic breathing.”

This has been a life changer and works well I just tuck in my purse and it goes everywhere with me

Breath exerciser was a bit more complicated than what I wanted.

I purchased to see if it would help my breathing. This thing did not disappoint!! It seemed I couldn't catch my breath at times, nor could I take a deep breath. Really should try this if YOU are having these difficulties.

There is no difference in high to low adjustment. Don't help with anything.
