Admittedly when I first opened the packaging I was not impressed. The flowers were bent and crushed. However, they quickly bounced back into shape, especially after a shake. The packaging does politely explain this, so be patient when you first open them. I like how a 'dear customer' card with the suppliers contact details for any queries/complaints was included in the package, alongside the artificial flowers. I won't need to contact them because I am happy with the product, but I appreciate the good customer service.I have had a few people comment on how realistic the flowers look. I'm more than happy with this product and would definitely buy from this company again.

The roses arrived very bent, so it took a while to straighten them, and leaf foliage fell off whilst doing this. The roses do look very realistic, but they look shabby, like flowers which are past their best and are about to die/the petals fall off, rather than younger, healthier flower heads. I returned them because of that.

Incredible.. How has anyone that has purchased these been satisfied.. First they come in packaging very tightly packed.. Take them out they are just completely flat. Try to spruce them, no chance. And yet they are actually well made.. such a shame on how they package them. Completely destroyed them.. How many stars?? It won't allow zero or ½ so put one.
