Bad coating causes roughness
I wonder if it was just a quality issue on the two that I received.The screen protectors are easy to apply. I did not have any problem installing them as other reviewers wrote.There was clearly an inconsistent feel to them at the very beginning. It was more visibly obvious when you wet it with water. But after several weeks of using it I thought the problem would clear up. There are several spots ( almost half of the screen’s surface) on the class that are very rough and prevents your finger from gliding smoothly across the screen. Those same spots are dirt magnets. It feels like the coating was not properly applied in those areas.I ended buying replacements as a result.

because it was so easy to apply with no bubbles I thought I'd order ...
I purchased the protector for an iPhone and thought its worked very well, although a bit of overhang on the edges because of rounded screen. However, because it was so easy to apply with no bubbles I thought I'd order one for an iPad too. It was sent in a soft mail pouch and both screens arrived cracked. To avoid a recurrence I will pick one up at a brick and mortar store.
