Single Pack - Practice Golf Bunker Shots Off Grass with This Training aid, no Need for Sand!

I'm usually on the go, so having something portable like this that actually works - at least for me - is pretty cool. By no means am I looking to simulate the sand feel, I'm looking to simulate the contact approach, which is what I need when I frequent the bunker.

It’s a little bit of an odd device when you first start to use it but it works! I feel like I’m really getting good bunker practice without a bunker!

Have not tried on flightscope Mevo+ yet. Have used Gc2 and Fr1. GC2 picks them up pretty well off my matt. I can go into practice mode and hit out of bunkers off my mat and get good feedback. Likely a gimmick for the gifted bunker player, but from someone who use to hit them to the other side of the green bunker or worse water, to finally just putting out of them, and then chip them up, I'm confident enough now to get them out of the bunker in play. Has it made me Good enough to be Up and down, no, but I'm gaining a stroke now by just getting it on the green in play.Liked it enough bought 3 more. Take it for what it is. At the very least I get to practice my bunker stroke and learn where the club needs to hit behind the ball. Yes folks you must take sand on greenside bunkers...Enjoy

This is really great to practice bunker shots when you are no where near a golf course, it has really help me and I'm much more confident when in a real bunker. Just hit it a couple times a day and you will see the results! Watch the video also.

I was intrigued by this interesting device and hoping it would closely simulate the challenges of hitting out of a bunker. I'm not great at bunkers, but I had no problem hitting this device easily, straight, up into the air, and far. In fact, the first time I hit it out of grass using my normal bunker strike, it nearly flew over the fence to my neighbor's house (which is a good 100+ feet away). No way my bunker shot would go that far if properly struck. It's good for reminding you to hit well behind and under the ball, but I can't say it feels much like a bunker shot. A little expensive for what it is. But offers some value for rehearsing the proper strike point.

The Pocket Bunker mimics sand play pretty well. I hit off a Real Feel mat with a 56/12 degree wedge or a 60/8 degree wedge. I can hit a full shot to a half shot and the Pocket Bunker definitely shows me how well I hit it. I try to practice the short game twice a week and the Pocket Bunker is a durable golf practice aid.

Didn’t help me figure out how to get out of sand.

I love this bunker training aid. I don’t have access to a bunker to practice in so this training aid has helped me develop confidence in my bunker play.
