Aquaguard Marvel NXT 6.2L storage UV+UF Water Purifier,suitable for Municipal water with Patented Ac (Not Suitable for Borewell or tanker water)

Writing this review after two months of use, this is definitely the product you should go for if your TDS is below 200, Eureka Forbes service is good in my area so this may differ from place to place. Really satisfied with the taste of water and the added bonus is no wastage. If you are sick of drinking RO water then go for it.

Product is good no doubt about it and it costed me ₹8700 with exchange. But I would like to highlight one thing everyone who is buying any water purifier of aquaguard.This box or any other aquaguard model no longer provide that outer filter which you can see in image and it will cost ₹1100 extra. If you already using old model of aquaguard or ro machine from Eureka Forbes then kindly do not give that filter in exchange and this will save your ₹1100.I didn't know about this and i gave my whole unit along with that filter so i had to pay ₹1100 extra for it.Btw it's not compulsory to attach that external filter but it works as a safety for your machine's internal filters which always comes with a combined package and may costs around ₹3000. And if you install that external filter then your internal filters are safe and can last for 2years approx or more.

Guys dont buy this filter as the company is not providing the service at allcompany only says there is an warranty bt dose not provide it at all.and only thing the technician wants is why u purchased onlinen buy AMC for 3 years from us which costs morever same as the purifier.waste of money seriously

after..2 months of purchase...first ..it's look is great. it will enhance your kitchen look.. plastic quality may be improved... Second installation was easy...but very very bad experience with aquagaurd customer support guy. that guy has not any interest in customer need..very rude behavior.. In future i am afraid about aquagaurd service.. Installation person was good..I will share my experience after 1st service too.

Great Product and installation went smooth. Installation guy gave all information about the product and how to use it. It is great product if you don’t have hard water or borewell water.!

Installation service person did a poor quality job, the inlet pipe came off, and water all over my house.Can’t blame the filter though. It’s doing it’s job well. Tap handle looks delicate and flimsy. Will need to wait and see how long it lasts. Also major problem I see with the dark colour is, I can’t see how much water is remaining inside.Update after a months use: the inlet pipe installation issue was fixed immediately after I raised complaint. No problem since then.

I had called the Eureka Forbes sales team to find a product for low TDS (<100) water supply at my home. The salesman offered a product for 16k. I had asked what is the difference between this product and what he was offering. He told product sold offline is not available online, and then online is not original Eureka Forbes and blah blah. Water purifier is not a rocket science technology. What Eureka Forbes is selling at 10k is offered at 5k by unknown brands. We are willing to pay few thousand extra for good service reputation of Eureka Forbes. But not an astronomical difference. Online product has same features as what he had offered at 6k more. He could not convince me. I had enough. Told him to leave, and ordered online. It was delivered and installed within 24 hours. As of now, product looks good and working fine. May be I will update after some time.
