Bad Call Quality
I had high hopes for this headset because of the stellar reviews from others. Unfortunately I had a very different experience compared to others. I primarily use my headset for calls, so voice quality is extremely critical for me. For all the calls I have so far, the other parties told me they had trouble hearing me and I had to constantly adjust the headset. The position of the microphone I think also created interference. I have long hair and I let it loose. My hair would rub or cover the microphone and create noise.Another feature I also found annoying was that it kept beeping when at least one of the connected device is out of range. But it would be constant beeping forever until the device is in range again. I connected my phone and my computer, and as I would be away from my computer regularly throughout the day, I had this constant beeping in my ear. I had to turn it off and turn it back on to stop the beeping. But then after I do that, when I did get back to my computer, it also wouldn't re-connect by itself. I again had to turn it off and turn it back on to connect again.This headset was comfortable to wear though. That I admit. Unfortunately it just does not meet my needs with regards to call quality.

Not a good product, not good customer service!
The sound is very staticky, and that's when it works. (Stays on longer than a minute) I shuts off long enough to lose your call, then comes back on. Have yet to hear a complete song, it just doesn't meet anyone's expectations. I would have sent it back but I disposed of original packaging and packing slip. I sent you an email after receiving it, but got no response. Is a very disappointing experience and has me wondering about any future orders.

Save your money
Because of the microphone placement at the bottom, it sits on your ear. This makes you sound distorted to whom ever you're speaking with. Most of your conversation is spent repeating yourself.
