I've been taking these pills with pure Raspberry Ketones. I have been amazed with the results. Since I live in a wheelchair, I don't know any numbers - but I do know that I have gone down an entire size in less than a month. My recommendation is to only take this pill in the morning because it contains mega amounts of caffeine. I made the mistake once and could not fall asleep that night.I like buying this from amazon.com rather than through Dr. Oz's website - because I don't need to join a club that charges me every month. And if you aren't happy with the results you don't have to buy them again. I like feeling better in my clothes especially around the holidays [and my birthday!].

I did like these supplements. They gave me energy. I have not reordered them at this time do to circumstances but I may in the future.

It has not decreased my weight since the 18 pound loss, but it does maintain. It does NOT hurt your liver like the cambrosia may do, nor does it hurt diabetics, a win win situation. plus it is a fraction of the cost of the regular coffee bean extract, which was somewhere in the $23.00 range!

Still taking so im not sure if they work but i have lost a pound or two. I also workout daily and watch what i eat so im on the fence as to their validity. I will however keep taking them as a part of my regiment for a few months further.

I HIGHLY recommend this product. It works fast and does not gripe your stomach. I am never without it. Take just one tablet a day and it does the job. You don't have to wait by the toilet because it works so well in your system and I am so glad I tried this product. I have tried other brands of colon cleansers and you had to take 5 to 6 capsules at a time but this, you take only 1. LOVE IT!

I am sure it works for others, but it didn't work for me. I am a male, early 40's, with some weight to lose. I had started to exercise regularly about three months ago, before trying the coffee bean extract which I had hoped would boost my efforts and speed up weight loss. I weigh myself daily, and using various scenarios as "control" experiments - e.g. changes in diet, exercise variation, etc. - I have not observed any evidence that taking the extract had made any difference (for me!). I am certain that most doctors and scientists will find all kinds of holes and deficiencies in the way I conducted this study on myself, but after all, this is a product review, not a clinical trial or a paper submission to Science or Nature journals. :-)

This coffee bean extract really does make a differance,keeping weight from increaseing with no excersize and eating right! Thank you amazon.com for your great consistant help!I compared this product to garcinia cambogia and found this coffee bean extract much more efficient.There is no comparison between the two!

I am taking the product as directed but so far it's not working for me. I'm sure it probably works for other but for me no. I give it three stars because the shipment was very fast.
