I loved this! The main character is fab, the world building magical and the artwork throughout is brilliant! Highly recommend and will be buying book 2!

My son loves this graphic novel! We preordered, it just arrived and we are already a little over halfway thru. My son is still a toddler so I have to read it to him. I'm enjoying it just as much as he is. The story is actually broken up into two smaller books. There's no other chapters but plenty of "natural pauses" to indicate a change in scene. The story so far is great. Very entertaining with some nice humor mixed in. Love the artwork style as well. You won't be disappointed with purchasing this.

And my 12 yo totally reads it too on the sly. Delightful.

My 8 1/2 year old loves graphic novels so we’re always on the hunt for more. She loved this (has read it twice already) and is excited to read the next book in the series.
