I don't use these pillows, they don't really do anything for me, but my 9 year old wanted one for our midnight flight, she thought it would be cool...so I needed a cheap one as I expected she would not actually use it once she got it (I was right, like me, she found it useless). That said, this pillow is exactly what it says it is and the price is the lowest I could find. You also get the earplugs and the mask for free, which if you need them are a nice bonus. Inflating it is hard because the valve needs to be pinched while inflating, but this is a good thing as it prevents the pillow from deflating, so it is supposed to be that way. It is on the small size for these type of pillows, so if you are a small person this might be a better choice, if you like them big though, this one is not for you. That's the only reason I knocked down 1 star, nowhere in the description says that it is a bit on the small size (not uncomfortably so) but I thought they should include that in the description so people know. All and all, great price for a travel neck pillow if you need one on the cheap. The inside is plastic but the outside material, whatever it is, is soft enough not to be uncomfortable, of course it is still not a super soft material, but those pillows will be much more expensive.

Sometimes you get what you pay for - cheap and not so great quality.
