EatingWell Anti-Inflammation
C**D
Not what I needed or expected
PROS: Pretty picturesCONS: No new information, expensive and complex ingredients. I feel like the few recipes included are outdated: are the editors of Eating Well unaware that wild salmon are going extinct and farmed salmon is questionable for toxins? Likewise whole grains: store breads mostly have Prop 65 warnings, whole grain and organic, or not. Also, who has access to purple asparagus? Why not a recipe with red cabbage? It's just not, IMO, practical for most folks with inflammation, maybe counter-productive. It's not a cookbook, but a magazine you might buy to flip through on a short flight. For me? A waste of money.
