missing parts
missing parts, instructions to vague. Website instructions show another tufting gun. I am not happy right now. I waited and hoping to have a fun day, instead in tears, because a simple thing like making the cut pile to a loop pile could not be accomplished. Very very disappointed. And no on line manual to help you figure out if you can even fit it or put back together. I recommend do NOT spend your money on this machine, even if other tufters/rug artist say so, because they were sent a free machine, does not mean what they say is true. I only have them a 1 because shipping was fast. If not I would have rated this purchase a big fat 0.
