This flour has the consistency that works as an excellent substitute for wheat flour in every recipe I have completed. I'm emphasizing this because not every company makes cassava flour this good. I ordered from another company once and it was more like fine sand, and everything made came out terrible.This company's cassava flour is first-class. Thank you!!

I was looking for a grain free and gluten free option for baking and cooking. This stuff is amazing! I even made really delicious tortillas and some cookies that held themselves together like wheat flour. Great product!

Love the flavor, texture, combo of ingredients. It makes the best breads, whether baked or 90 second microwave bread. IT'S ALL SO YUMMY! Being Italian and living the Keto Life, I thought I'd be deprived of bread and this product is the Bomb for each and every item I make - whether it's Pizza Dough, Bread, Muffins, you name it. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

This brand tasted as good as what I've had before. I use it in baking cookies all the time. I replace approximately 1/4-1/2 C. of A/P flour and it works great. No real flavor difference and the texture of the cookies are still crunchy which is very important to me.

Great for gluten free cooking, I've heard a lot of people who were turned off by the fibrous texture of other cassava flours - sift it and you're left with a hard, stringy fiber. I belong to a Facebook group where the members swear by this one, so I tried it and, based on feedback I've read about other brands, will never switch. Some people don't care for the taste or smell of cassava, but the only way to find out if it's for you is to try it.

I loved some of Pamela's other products, the all purpose gf flour and pancake mix. But they aren't organic so I stopped using them. I got the cassava because Ottos isn't organic. This tastes fine, but doesn't work for any recipes I have tried! I have to add over double the amount to be workable and edible and it's still never the desired results! Disappointed and won't reorder. Wish I hadn't went for the deal.

I was excited to purchase this and so far enjoyed making pizza with it and then I saw the sticker on the back and was confused... why did a need a warning on it. 5 stars for the food but 0 for the warning.
