Excellent pain relief
I had serious doubt this would get to the psoas, I was wrong, excellent pain relief to psoas and ql muscles. Highly recommended.

Lack of instruction
Product itself seems sturdy. Well built plastic that in theory is long enough and hard enough to do the job intended but it basically comes with no instructions on how to access the psoas muscle intended and therefore you have to go elsewhere online or with other companies.

This is supposed to be 28cm long and used to massage Psoas muscle across you hips. It might work if you are the size of a Barbie doll, but is completely useless for a human.Zero value for money.Zero quality.100% deliberate misinformation.Why does Amazon not take action?
