Grind this on chicken, shrimp or fish for a delightful classic flavor experience. This is one of our favorites…simple but very tasty. As always, the more seasoning you put on your meat the more flavor you will get on the crust when the meat is finished. The amount of seasoning shown in the pictures will get you a good medium flavor profile. Simple to use. Spray a little cooking oil on the chicken, fish or shrimp and then grind the Lemon-Garlic-Dill Seasoning on as shown in the picture below. The amount of seasoning shown will return a good flavor. You can use less for a more subtle flavor or more for a more pronounced flavor punch. Grill, oven roast or sauté to your liking. We recommend that you cook all poultry to 165°F. and all fish to 145°F. for food safety reasons.
