My washer and dryer are quite gentle and doesnt have a history of ruining fabrics. With one wash (gentle cycle) it developed pin sized holes. Seller is having me send back the damaged one and sending a new one. Hoping I can get a good set before baby comes (due in a few weeks) it's cute but seems a bit thin but will serve its purpose. I want to love it but it is paper thin. You can see right through it. It advertises that it’ll block out sun and germs etc... I don’t see how at all. It is very pretty, the colors are vibrant and pretty but it is soooo thin. I posted pictures from outside and from inside the car seat next to a sunny window...

The canopy itself washes up great and is nice breathable material however it does not stay in place at all on my car seat handle. I am not sure if it’s my car seat or the canopy. It does not stay on the top of the handle how it should and is constantly having to be adjusted or I get frustrated and take the whole thing off if it isn’t too bright out. I’m still trying to figure out a way to get it to stay put. I have had another car seat canopies without this issue in the past but really loved the oranges.

This is the perfect carseat cover for somewhere hot like Texas; it's thin enough that it doesn't allow the heat in, but thick enough to block the sunlight. It doesn't do enough for direct sunlight though and it isn't thick enough for cold weather, otherwise it's perfect. I also like that it can double as a cover for breastfeeding by attaching it to you shirt.
