First, I've been crocheting for a few years using Susan Bates hooks as well as wood hooks, Tunisian crochet hooks (metal and wood) and some awful plastic hooks. So I've tried it all.I odered some Furls hooks because I heard the hype on every influencer channel and podcast. And I figured for 1/3 the price I'd try this one. Honestly, I didn't have the religious experience I expected from Furls. So didn't expect much from the Omni hook.I was pleasantly surprised! It's a bit longer than the Furls hook but feels just as nice in my hands. Sure the Furls are pretty, but not 3x prettier than this hook. The embossing of the size isn't "pretty" like Furls usually is, but I can actually SEE/READ the size on this hook. I can't say that for all of my Furls hooks where they imprint a white size on a white background. Ummmmmm, yeah, thanks Furls!The head is great. It has enough of a "cut" where the yarn grabs, so it actually grabs the yarn easilly. And the point is enough to glide through the stiches, so you're not fighting with a too-blunt tip.

This crochet hook is really beautiful! It's on par with my Furls streamline resin hooks. This hook is a little longer and the tip mas more of a point. It has a very pointy tip that makes it so easy to get it in between stitches. I love that the size is engraved on it so there is no chance of it rubbing off. The sizing is correct on these I measured with calipers. The wooden ones by divit shilp measure a half mm bigger than they're supposed to. If you're interested in getting some of these hooks I'd stick with the resin ones if you want the size to be accurate.These are not like Boyle hooks so if that is your preferred style then you probably won't like these at first. It took some time getting used to this style but it was worth the effort. Resin hooks glide so easily over the yarn. And the handle shape is better for my carpal tunnel than the so called ergonomic silicone handle hooks. I can crochet for hours if I want!See my pics for furls streamline comparison.

I have gotten 3 Omni crochet hooks for the first time trying. I am a Furls user only but for the price I thought I would try. I love these crochet hooks. I got 3 different sizes for the price I pay for one Furl hook. Sorry furl I still love you but I feel a whole lot better replacing $11 dollar hook over a $36 dollar hook. I never ever thought I would say that. But these are really great hooks.

Love the way it looks. It's so pretty. It feels like a Prym hook. Both in weight and shape.A little bit squeeky on cotton and acrylic. But is perfect for wool and other animal fibers.

I love the look and craftsmanship of the hook. I like how it feels in your hand and how it works up the yarn.

The feel of the handle is good. However it does not slide through the yarn very well. The distance between the fat part of the handle and the hook is pretty long making it difficult to keep consistent tension easily. Definitely not a hook I would order again.

The hook is beautiful and works beautifully. Easy to hold and flows easily with the yarn.

Good feel for my hand and I truly have to a good feel cause my hands are numb and cramp up a lot
