16 Sweet Russian Oreshki Nutlets Metal Mould + Recipe!

After some online search I have realized that it is not easy (if not impossible) to find an "oreshnitsa" like they used to make them years ago in the USSR so I decided to look for the most affordable one that looks similar to what my mom used when I was a kid.This one is not as thick and the "oreshki" molds are pretty close to the exterior side of the skillet so you can't really fill up the molds too much (rather less than more). If too much batter, when you will squeeze the two sides together the batter will spread out of the skillet and your home will start smelling like burned dough but the more "oreshiki" you make the better it will get.I gave it 5 stars as the item is as described/pictured, fast shipping (considering that it comes from Ukraine), prompt response from the seller.

It takes a little while to get it, but the price is nice and the product is good. The recipe is good but I would cut the butter quantity by half. FYI the 16 count size makes the oreshki a bit smaller than what I get at the store but I like the smaller size.

Has received a oreshnicha. To her no complaints. But there are claims to the seller. It is written that the oreshnicha will go along with 5 packets of sugar and a prescription. I do not have sugar, not a prescription. Wrote 2 times questions, the seller does not answer!
