I used this on my ford door lock actuator rivet. 1/4 peel type rivet was no problem and broke clean in 3 pumps. The tool is strong it just takes some strength to operate so people like the air tool. This will do all the same stuff just requires some strength to operate. Works very well as good as any I've tried in 15 years of working with tools. The case in the picture is for rivets not the tool. Not a big deal but I thought it had a carry case. This tools best feature is it's ability to do both small and large rivets by hand.

Never needed one until now and almost didn't buy,but I very glad I did. I was repairing the door handles on my ford ranger and was going to use pan head screws instead of rivets, but I bit the bullet and got this. It was super easy to use and worked great and also a very solid quality tool. Now I'm set on rivets for life and won't hesitate to take on projects that require pop rivets. Told my friends a had got this a they immediately found they could use it too and also loved this.Don't think twice on buying this it's well worth the money.

Needed a heavy duty rivet gun that would pop 1/4" steel rivets and this did a great job. This scissors type of rivet gun is what you need when using larger rivets, especially steel rivets. Only have popped about 50 or so 1/4" rivets, but so far so good. Happy with it.

The ease of use was immediately impressive on the first rivet. The second rivet jammed and after removing it the riveter wasn't operable. I returned it for an exchange, reading the comments there were only a handful of problems reported so I'm assuming that I got a lemon and the replacement will work out. I'll update this review once I receive the replacement. The package includes a generous assortment of rivets which is a huge plus.I received the exchange and I immediately did about 40 rivets (metal to metal including drilling) in about an hour and it worked flawlessly. Saved time and much easier than the one handed riveter.As usual Amazon customer service was excellent.

I have been waiting on the tool for a project I had. Took care of about 15 rivets in about 10 minutes. Seems very solid. Lot's of rivets as well. Very happy.

Lo ocupo para trabajos caseros, así que cuando me tocaba poner muchos remaches al final me dolía mucho la mano por el esfuerzo que no estoy acostumbrado. En esta ocasión que tenía que poner otra vez un montón de remaches compré esta herramienta y fue una delicia, muy cómoda de utilizar, funcionó perfecto y como se utiliza con ambas manos no requirió ningún esfuerzo. Great design, easy to use and you don’t need to be a strongman to get firm connection. Fixed the folding table in my travel trailer in under 5 minutes. Definitely recommend this product !
