This product is so reliable and dependable - I have never had a bad experience when using it to clean - even the toughest stains. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this product - have several bottles throughout the house.

Product is great and works well but
Had to have it shipped 2x. First time it leaked all over other shipped items. Amazon was fantastic about replacing it - shipped it by itself the second time and it leaked again. The product itself is great and as someone who has a lot of wrist pain and weakness, I can't live without the sprayer it comes with. The refill doesn't have a foil seal though. Just a cardboard type. So while the product works well and is so helpful for me to use, I think the packaging needs an upgrade if it's going to be shipped.

I stumbled on this product almost by accident in a local supermarket. I like it, as it cleans well and has a nice scent. I liked it so much I bought it a second time.
