Led Strip Lights, SuperonlineMall 5630 SMD 300LEDs Waterproof Flexible Indoor/Outdoor Xmas Decorative Lighting Strips, LED Tape, 5M 16.4Ft DC12V (Cool White)

I ordered these light strips to build a hydroponic light panel and selected the 5630 LEDs because of their brightness.I ordered two (in the same order) and received two different strips. They both appear to have the SMD-5630 Red LED, however one was much dimmer than the other. After investigating further, I noticed the dimmer strip had 150Ohms current limiting resistors and brighter strip had 100Ohms resistors. Measuring the voltage drop on the resistor, the 150Ohms was 5.08v and the 100Ohms was 4.27v. This equates to 0.68Amp/M vs 0.85Amp/M respectively.I would have probably have given 4 stars had they both 100Ohms. Neither is no where near the 1.5Amp/M that was advertised. To get this, the resistors would have to be closer to 60Ohms.I considered exchanging the 150Ohms one and hoping I would get a second 100Ohms one, but I doubt the shipper would check to see which resistor is on it so I didn't go through the effort.

Bought 2 rolls of these led lights to make a bait light for fishing. When I received them one roll looked fine. The second was broken in 3 sections at the soilder joints. It states they are waterproof. After a lot of prep work and getting it just as I wanted I took it to the lake. Dropped it in the water and with in 15 minutes the lights started going crazy flashing and all. When I pulled them up the led strip was actually on fire inside the silicone casing that covers the strip lights. These are not water proof. They maybe water resistant at best.

I've purchased many rolls of these over the years and I have to say these are the poorest quality ones I've received. Half didn't work, very dim, and very poorly assembled at the tape. The solder points were broken, the leds mounted crooked or not even on the contacts. Just absolute disappointed.

Bought two rolls after two weeks some of the LED's stopped emitting. Hooked up to a solid 12vdc supply. Shouldn't happen, didin't think I would to replace these for another 30 years

I purchased these to convert the fluorescent lights in my motorhome to LEDs. After just a few months of use the lights are getting dimmer and the strips are turning yellow.

These are bright. I use them in a room with no overhead lighting and they do a great job illuminating the room. You can't beat he. For the cost.

The LEDs were spliced multiple places along the strip. I lit them up and at first they seemed very bright but immediately went dull and only a small section of the diode, where you could see a connection, is lighting up. Now they are duller than the 5050 lights I purchased from another supplier on Amazon.
