DC Comics Multiverse Earth 2 The Flash Figure, 6"

Awesome. Mattel builds another set of DC Comics Multiverse, this set consisting mostly of figures of the second season of CW TV's Flash and some of the later elements of DC New 52. Starting it off for the CW TV's Flash is Flash from Earth-2. After the harrowing season 1 finale, Flash encounters a mysterious man claiming to be the Flash from an alternate dimension known as Earth-2, but it turns out its not just him but others from Earth-2 have arrived. Evil minions of a speedster known only as Zoom, their mission to defeat the Flash of this Earth. The whole season was a stellar rendition of the multiverse, and brought forward the original look of the first literary Flash. Unfortunately for those that saw the ENTIRE season, well would learn the truth. The man played by Teddy Sears wasn't the Flash of Earth-2, but it doesn't mean that their wasn't another Flash. Surprise aside, this action figure is pretty cool. Looking exactly like how Teddy Sears looked when he was dressed up as the Earth-2 Flash. The figure comes with an extra set of open hands that I believe are used to have that fast running look. Two yellow streams of lightning that you can place on his arms. And of course his grey winged helmet. The face sculpt isn't that great, doesn't appear to resemble Sears at all. If anything he kind of reminds me more of a young Bruce Boxleitner - someone who I'd like to see portray Jay Garrick. Articulation is still very decent, like most DC Multiverse figures. Toy also comes with its Connect and Collect King Shark Right Arm, All things considered this looks great. But fans of the show would probably have preferred it if another character would have been made into the toy: The Flash of Earth-3. THAT would have been better.

I only bought this for the King Shark C&C piece. Not a huge fan of this particular Flash figure...

Looks good, but refuses to stay upright in any position.

I purchased this for a good price finally. I must say the figure LOOKS nice. But I dislike the hips immensely and the face needs some work. But to defend Mattel, this was before their new face scan tech. I will say the figure includes a removable helmet, an extra pair of running hands, some powers, and oh yeah...the right arm piece to build the GREATEST CNC/BAF of all time, King Shark. I do recommend it mostly for the King Shark piece, but the figure is not that bad overall. Goes good if you have a movie/tv figure collection. This will go right in with my TV 1990's Barry Allen.

Looks like mattel didn't even watch the show because this is the imposter version of earth 2 flash. To top that off thay made a running character that can't stand on 1 foot or look up. This is plastic trash.
