I received a defective damaged piece and spend the whole of the day taking numerous photos of the piece in different angles as the Amazon representative asked me to. I have emails asking me to write my name on a paper next to the damaged piece to show it happened that day (??? Don't ask me about the logic there!). After all that, the so called investigation team claims the piece is not damaged and so they cannot do anything! This is after multiple photos sent that day though their upload link...which reminds me of an important point - PLS KEEP PHOTOS FOR YOURSELF, because i uploaded on the Amazon link like they told me to and and now do not have the original photos from that day. In my photos, you could see the stiches have simply come off or were missed in one section and the hair is hanging loose. Don't know if this is manufacturing or storage issue, but end result is that you will get a defective piece and won't be able to return on because either the seller or investigative team will turn a blind eye to damage. Best to buy this at another seller or offline.
